If you would like photos as elements within your portrait please include more than you want included. Not all are a good size or colour to fit in the composition.

Anything meaningful. Their name, the names of people they love, their favourite walk, the word "sausages" if that's what gets them going. Dates, places, snippets of text, patterns from a favourite blanket. Tell me what matters and I'll find a way to include it.
Yes — and some of my most treasured commissions have been exactly that. As long as you have good photographs, I can absolutely work from those.
Entirely up to you. Some clients love seeing the portrait come to life; others prefer the full reveal. I will always share a final photograph before I frame and dispatch.
In all my years of doing this, it hasn't happened. But if you have concerns, we'll talk it through. Minor adjustments can often be made before framing. I won't send you something you don't love.
Carefully wrapped and packed, then sent via tracked and insured courier. There may be a small postage fee depending on size and destination. I'll share tracking details as soon as it's dispatched.
Yes — though international shipping adds cost and time. Please mention in your enquiry that you're outside the UK and I'll give you accurate shipping costs before you commit.
It's one of the most thoughtful gifts imaginable. I can also create a gift card describing the commission if you'd like something physical to present on the day.
